Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
The first step in Kotibhaskar's redevelopment process is to establish an agreement with the stakeholders. This MoU outlines the terms and conditions of the redevelopment project, including the scope, timelines, responsibilities, and financial aspects.
Plan Finalization and Sanction
Once the MoU is in place, the next step involves finalizing the redevelopment plan. This includes architectural designs, infrastructure development, amenities, and other essential aspects. The plan is then submitted to the relevant authorities for approval and necessary sanctions.
Development Agreement
After receiving the necessary approvals, a development agreement is signed with the stakeholders. This agreement specifies the obligations, rights, and responsibilities of both parties, including timelines, financial aspects, and the scope of work.
Shifting and Demolition
Before the actual construction can begin, the occupants of the existing property are shifted to temporary accommodations. Once the occupants have been relocated, the existing structures are demolished in accordance with the redevelopment plan.

Next, Bhumi Pujan is performed to seek blessings for the successful and auspicious beginning of the project. This ceremony marks the commencement of the construction phase.
Construction Stages
