Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)

The first step in Kotibhaskar's redevelopment process is to establish an agreement with the stakeholders. This MoU outlines the terms and conditions of the redevelopment project, including the scope, timelines, responsibilities, and financial aspects.


Plan Finalization and Sanction

Development Agreement

Shifting and Demolition
